Delivery and Returns

Enjoy free New Zealand shipping on orders over $300. Any orders under $300 will be charged a flat rate of $15.

Please expect a local delivery time of 2-4 working days from receiving your dispatch email. All purchases made on the weekend or public holidays will be sent out the next working day.

Rural addresses may take longer. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

All deliveries are contactless and will not require a signature upon delivery. Please advise us where to leave your parcel to ensure that it is safe.

All deliveries are sent via Courier Post, and your tracking number will be sent to you via confirmation email once the goods have been dispatched. Use this at any time to see your parcel's progress.

All orders to Australia are charged a flat rate of $50 NZD, processed by NZ Post. www.nzpost.co.nz

All prices on the Working Style website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. Import duties are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.

International parcels can typically take up to 14 days to arrive. Please be aware that there are occasional delays due to customs processing, unfortunately this is out of our control. During the lead up to Christmas or to remote areas, this period may take longer.

We offer a free click and collect service at our main retail stores (not available at outlet). If your items are in stock at your chosen store, your order can be ready to collect within a few hours of placing your order. If your items aren't in stock at your chosen store, please allow up to 48 hours for us to ship your items to that store for you to collect.

We will contact you via email when your goods are ready to collect in store.

We understand the importance of trying garments on at home, styled with your existing wardrobe. To ensure a seamless experience, we aim to make returns as straightforward as possible. Please review the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
• All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.
• Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box, in its original condition.

Online purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our main retail stores. Alternatively, items can be sent back to us at the customer’s expense. Please return to the following address:

All outlet items are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for an exchange, credit or refund unless they are deemed faulty.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to have your faulty products repaired, replaced or refunded.

If you suspect your item has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the packaging in which the item came in as Courier Post will need to inspect it. Please contact us on 09 302 0532 and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
