Their day fell just before my own, which made sharing our planning journeys feel so personal. Michael and his friends have been clients for years, so being chosen to style them felt like an honour. They brought a bridesmaid dress swatch to match the groomsmen’s trousers perfectly, and together we chose a cream Loro Piana cotton-blend for the jackets. Double-breasted, tapered at the waist, softly structured shoulders—the kind of tailoring that moves with the body and elevates every gesture. Fittings were full of laughter and stories. Shoulders, sleeves, jacket lengths, trouser breaks- every measurement mattered. Six weeks later, the garments arrived from Portugal. Final tweaks ensured perfection: sleeves just long enough for the cuff to peek, trousers breaking cleanly over shoes, silk linings catching the light with every movement.
